Paragraph 3bis

High-net-worth individuals may declare in writing that they wish to be deemed

qualified investors. In addition, the Federal Council may make such persons’ suitability as qualified investors dependent on certain conditions, specifically technical qualifications

Investors who have concluded a written discretionary management agreement as defined in Article 3 Paragraph 2b and c are deemed qualified investors

SFDR Disclosure

Due to the small size of the Fund’s assets and the nature and scale of its activities, the Fund does not consider principal adverse impacts of its investment decisions on sustainability factors as defined by the Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019. The reasons for so doing is due to the fact that the Fund is investing indirectly in the music industry, primarily in music royalties, where there are very limited opportunities to take into account sustainability factors. Nevertheless the Fund is typically also active in the social sphere where it donates towards good causes.
